Pros

-You'll develop a refined taste for coffee based on how much you'll be drinking to keep yourself sane -Some people are decent (Frontline teams are cool, frontline managers are okay, most developers are decent, middle-management and above is a bit of a gongshow) -Benefits are decent though expensive for what they are

Cons

-HIGHLY underpaid -You will get laid off the moment you are perceived as a threat -You will get laid off if you aren't licking your manager's boot -Don't have more than one emergency per year otherwise you'll have your employment passive aggressively threatened -Shady practices like management pawning every single piece of work they have onto their teams while taking credit for it at the director level and above; it makes you wonder what they actually do
