Pros
Pay is ok if you like working in a place where you get scolded by both the customers and your boss. Benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Very little positive constructive support, constant monitoring of EVERYTHING you do. Sick of being told I take too long on breaks or that my calls are too long, yet they want me to sell more to the customers even when they have a big problem we are still supposed to "just ask." They tell you you need to bring your call time down but offer zero support in helping you do so, and this is true for most aspects of this job.
