Pros
-Competitive wages in the industry -Some helpful co-workers I eventually ended up being great friends with -Decent perks & benefits (profit sharing, RRSP and bonus) -$15 mobile plans for employees
Cons
-Some awful co-workers who try to intoxicate the corporate culture. Lots of backstabbing and office politics -Get blamed for the least mistake, and no one willing to take responsibility, instead shifting the blame on others -Lack of opportunities for career growth. Moving up to managerial roles can be challenging, require enormous amounts of time, and is based on who knows who (favouritism) -Some awful team/senior managers who apply lots of double standards to the work place, and target minorities especially. (I saw lots of good people quit/leave because of this)
