Terrible leadership - Business Analyst TELUS Employee Review

A lot of re-orgs take all the motivation away and impacts mental health. Anxiety is part of working for this company as you never feel stable and your career progression is not something that is planned or any of your manager's interest. Basically employees are like furniture to this company. They move you around and set you in roles that has nothing to do with your expertise or interest. The processes are broken and no body actually cares about it. If you are a high achiever and want to do good work and grow in your career stay away. Also the pay is lower than standard.
