There are many. No job security. Diabolical management Absurd policies Absurd KPIs No cooperation from management No leaves Not employee centric at all. Zero personal life. You will always be a slave of management. No food facilities. I have worked for 3.5 years but I always felt like I was in Jail. I always sticked to it because of the incentives but one mistake and you are out without even your knowledge. They don’t even notify or put anyone on coaching before kicking them out. That is more than worse. Don’t go for it if you want to make your career.
