All of the people at TPT that I've worked with are lovely; they believe in doing the right thing for our members and treating each other with respect in a no blame culture. Structured Development Plans for every role, which are embedded within management and supported by a dedicated friendly training team ensure talent is recognised and retained, strengthening the company for future expansion.
Cons
The office is slightly outdated, but this is due to improve as they relocate to brand new offices this year.
