The Richards Group is all about doing the right thing for the client and to others. Until COVID-19...then they laid off massive amounts of people with half of the pitiful severance and no farewell. When it mattered most to do the right thing, Stan took the quick way out and bailed on employees who had been so intensely loyal to him. It's shameful how little regard he had for their employees. Focused on trying to make profit sharing over retaining employees during a difficult time.
