Poor company culture, poor management, poor communication, lack of vision, favoritism, double standards, high turn overs .
My direct manager had zero people and management skills, she talked to me as if I was her 5 year old stepson, she has a very poor attitude, has no clue on how to motivate people, and has an obvious dislike to working with men. Our EVP enjoyed setting in his office and watching people coming and leaving work, he never engaged in a conversation with us as he thought we're way below him, he only pays attention to good looking females, has no leadership or management skills to speak of, and creates bottlenecks for the entire organization!
