5yI appreciate you leaving your feedback and providing your honest perspective. Based on your input, I want to apologize for your feelings of favoritism towards others and your feelings of not being acknowledged - that experience for any team member is unacceptable.
Since reading this, we have implemented a few tactics in our team structure and meeting rhythms to better acknowledge our team members. I care strongly that every team member has an equal playing field and is provided the same level of attention and support as the next team member - regardless of their title. I know we have more work to do, but our culture has already prospered from these initial changes.
In addition to those changes, we just closed our Series B financing round and have established a strong strategy moving forward, so we are excited about the future given this momentum.
