Pros
Only good thing is the salary on time
Cons
My experience at TalentRecruit was disappointing due to an environment of constant micromanagement and lack of trust in employees’ capabilities. One of the biggest challenges was the CEO’s over-involvement in day-to-day tasks, even on the smallest decisions. This excessive control created a culture where teams couldn’t function independently or innovate.
Employees often felt suffocated by the frequent interference and unnecessary scrutiny, which led to low morale and high attrition. Rather than empowering team leads or managers to take ownership, decisions were constantly overridden or delayed due to top-level micromanagement.
The work environment is not conducive to growth or learning. Constructive feedback is rare, and initiatives often get stalled due to leadership’s hesitation to let go of control.
