Pros
The facility is lovely and is a calming environment to work in. The location of the clinic is excellent with lots of nice walk/lunch options nearby. Clinicians and front desk staff are all super lovely people to be around all day.
Cons
The CEO, Devon, who was new to his role in 2023, is inexperienced as a leader and lacks strategic decision-making skills and foresight for business planning. His communication is inconsistent where he says the nice right things but doesn't actually follow up on them (like being supportive of professional development during an interview but then not actually supporting it once hired, or saying things like "we're not going to fire you if you don't hit your targets", but then firing you when you don't hit your targets). The business owner, Brad, also gives off bizarre vibes and is a micromanager, despite not seeming to have a formal management role in the company anymore.
