His communication is inconsistent where he says the nice right things but doesn't actually follow up on them (like being supportive of professional development during an interview but then not actually supporting it once hired, or saying things like "we're not going to fire you if you don't hit your targets", but then firing you when you don't hit your targets). The business owner, Brad, also gives off bizarre vibes and is a micromanager, despite not seeming to have a formal management role in the company anymore.
