      Awesome Leadership, Fun work environment, discount, 401k, company really cares about employee well-being

      Cons

      Maybe higher pay for part time employees that have continuous high sales numbers, but honestly can't think of any big ones that are deal breakers.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
