Pros
1) Top management is at least approachable. 2) Top management is well behaved. 3) Finance people are helpful, relating to your final settlement or Form 16 issues. 4) Plenty of events like sports and games. 5) Good for freshers. 6) Some good persons are there. 7)Salary is better compared to other service companies.
Cons
1) Middle management i.e. immediate managers are sadists in many cases. 2) Immediate manager should be knowledgeable enough to understand which employee is technically sharp and follows ethics. But some managers are too poor where technical knowledge regards. Others simply do not care about the well beings of the subordinates and encourage the wicked team lead/architects to bully others. 3) Some solution architects (some of them have been converted to technical directors) are so solution-less, that they will not manage to get a job in any other company. That's the reason they bully others, to keep their position intact. They, without knowing the technical insight of an issue, used to commit to the clients. 4) Some old employees are pure sadists. They love to scare and screw new comers. They start complaining against the new comers, as soon as they join, without any reason. They in no way share project knowledge with them. 5) If you join in high designation, please ask the management to give you a scratch project with new joiners. Otherwise old employees may create trouble.
