Pros

Great Healthcare- German Based so they value healthcare

Cons

Greedy- While the rest of the industry worked with the pandemic to help with pricing and licensing terms, TeamViewer took advantage to boost business even more Terrible leadership- Extreme micromanagement and no strategy, pure metrics driven. The product is in high demand so the company grows but with a terrible price to the employees. You can crush your revenue number but if you don't hit your call metrics you don't get paid- messed up No stability- expect your role to change every few months (not for the better) No sense of team/culture. The sales teams are forced to backstab and steal from each other with leadership seeming to encourage it. I've never worked in an environment where you truly compete against your team in a non-professional way

Dear Employee, Thank you for your feedback. We are quite surprised by your statement about our measures during the pandemic. TeamViewer took many measures to help people affected by COVID-19. We offered blizz licenses for academic institutions for free until the end of July. We offered Pilot licenses to medical institutions for free as well. We also mobilized our internal resources in different ways, in order to facilitate remote work across all locations globally. We value feedback from our employees, and we run regular surveys and pulse checks to stay in pace with the present state of affairs in our company. Our recent employee survey revealed that around 90% of our employees commend the current management. Our growth as a company reaffirms this. Our sales compensation plan is constantly adapted, however the scope of the role remains unchanged. We encourage you to talk to your manager or HR representative to get more information on how the compensation plan was designed. Best regards, Dorothy Fohtung Senior PR and Communications Manager

Pros

Great culture, supportive co-workers, and an excellent environment to learn and grow in SaaS sales.

Cons

Senior management often feels disconnected from day-to-day reality and tends to shift priorities frequently.

Pros

They hire good people/ good culture IF you are in office. Remote is different (but makes sense) Insurance and PTO are good 401k match is 6%- pretty good. employee stock options are decent IF the stock performed well (it's does not)

Cons

the ENTIRE enterprise team has not hit their quota.... the entire team.... The products we are supposed to sell in order to hit this quota are not enterprise grade, ridden with issues, lack high value performance and are not best in class. Nextthink is better. beyondtrust is better. there are way too many AE's- time to cut 60-80% of them. otherwise they will naturally leave (which it seems to feel like what this company wants) oliver steil is useless. the upper management changes on a dime. there were 3 team restructures in the last 12 months. the SVP quit. the president of the americas is leaving for greener grass. i'd imagine more are to follow. the base pay and comp pay are trash. not worth it. IF you want to apply here, focus on the salary. thats what you'll be living off of.
