Pros
Free milk teas and you'll meet nice co-workers
Cons
Their wage is way below the median wage for the amount of work you're expected to do. A very high-stress work environment and management are highly unorganized. You are expected to work super last minute with an unrealistic timeline. Overall, the work ethics of the company is unhealthy and stressful. You’re given an average of 8 - 15 new tasks/projects with them piling up each week. I would say the biggest drawback would be communication between management and the team (very slow replies, sometimes ignore questions because they don't have the answer or are too busy with something else). The tasks you are given are with little directions so you really have to be PROACTIVE by researching on the internet or self-taught. Your contribution is not encouraged and the boss has a habit of cutting everyone off when they talk or replies. The turnover rate is VERY high here. and I wouldn't recommend this working environment for anyone unless you are not planning to stay for long.
