      - Takes care of their people - Benefits are top notch - have yet to see another nonprofit competitive for health benefits - Advancement/growth opportunities- big on promoting from within the org - Incentives for staying with company long term - PTO increases, milestone anniversary bonuses, etc.

      - Sometimes siloed from other parts of the org - Bonuses/raises dependent on funding as with most nonprofits
