Worst company to work with - Engineer Tech Talenta Employee Review

Good team to work in. A lot of hands-on experience.

Salary was little lower than expected.

Paid on time for the work you do.

Like everyone else says, this is not supposed to be a tech company but more of a middleman that uses their leverage to stiff candidates. Their billing rate to client and pay rate to the employee is appalling. The HR is the most frustrating part of working here. They will either not answer your calls or redirect your calls to India. These Indian HR have no idea what your situation is in the US. Absolutely no support to the employee and zero benefits. I really would advice a prospective tech employee to not stay at this org if you have better opportunities else where.
