They let you work from home
Cons
paperwork errors, system errors, no business plan, no reporting structure, they will not pay you when they say they will. If you are an American (white) and you work for this company then you will be excluded from all trips, sales leads, calls and legacy accounts.

None that I found during my 1.5 years association.

- It's a contract company of Tech Mahindra Americas - Same horrible culture as Tech Mahindra - You work out of the client location so you won't get any support from this company. - Terrible Admin department - Terrible finance department - The HR department is so horrible that they will not do anything for you and pinpoint lot of issues on you.
