To clarify the details it would be helpful to consult with HR, as they can provide guidance on policies. Regarding performance reviews, we actually have two cycles in April and October. Depending on when you joined, you are placed into one of those cycles for your first review. Since this was your first cycle with us, the timing likely fell in between cycles, delaying the process. Rest assured any review-related pay increases are made retroactive once processed, even if administrative factors cause a slight delay. The amount promised will be reflected in the payslip when finalized. Please do reach out to HR to understand the schedule and process better.
