You get a lot of perks; Quite a bit of PTO (Monthly Mental Health Day, 4 weeks PTO, Holidays Off, etc.)
Cons
Leadership on the management level leaves a lot to be desired depending on what department you're in. Lower-level staff get treated the worst, just like a lot of companies. There are not many opportunities to move up in the company. There is a significant disconnect between each department, it's difficult to know what going on in the organization because some departments barely interact with each other (even though they present themselves as open and collaborative). Like many non-profits, they are understaffed and most positions have an unrealistic amount of job responsibilities for one person.
