      Working with people who share the same passion as me

      Cons

      The organization lacked experienced and professional c ranking staff. They didn't credit me for a project I worked and completed myself. Looking at the other reviews I am not wrong in saying that TechTown has lost its trust with their employees. I even talked to old employees saying the company changed during COVID.

      Great time off benefits, good 401(k) match program, somewhat flexible/hybrid work environment, a lot of the client/public facing team members are incredible

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication and unrealistic expectations from leadership, CEO is surrounded by yes-men and virtually inaccessable to regular employees, no clear path forward, the workload is extremely heavy and borderline unmanageable, some of the directors and C-Suite are downright cruel to team members, little to no chance for growth or upward mobility, the company professes DEI values yet when they laid off a bunch of staff almost all of them were women of color.
