I feel I need to respond to this review. I know I'm not Mark Zuckerberg, but this review is flat out false. They must have clicked on the wrong company. Responses to each point :
Pay - applicants and employers discuss compensation at the time of hire and agreed upon. Employees also understand that this is a small business and though I wish to pay everyone at least the proposed minimum wage of $15 / hr, we can't do that.
Firings - of the last 10 employees who've left, 2 were firings.The rest were voluntary including two that moved, one started their own business, one went back to school, and one became a teacher. We do not fire on a regular basis.
Lateness - one minute, no. a regular 5-10, yes, you should be told about that. As far as not allowing trying something new, everyone in the store does at least 5 things, starting with learning the counter - selling, taking orders, checking out, etc. After that, you go to scanning and film processing. After that you learn any of the following - printing, digital work, video transfers, cutting mats, etc.
