Pros
There is a lot of potential for growth in this company. The subsea industry possesses some of the most advanced technologies in the world and Technip USA is one of the best companies in that aspect to work for. The learning curve is pretty steep and there is a greater chance of learning more in a short amount of time. Competent managers and interesting work atmosphere are all a part and parcel of work here.
Cons
In my course of one year in the company, there aren't any negatives that I observed about the company except that they need to have a day-care for the employees on campus.
