Pros
Not too many. The Generation Park campus is probably the best campus I've ever worked in.
Cons
So so many. The culture of the company is simply broken. Two companies came together in what was billed as a merger but it feels more like one company acquired the other and this is very evident across the Finance, HR and IT teams, all of which are challenged. HR has seen significant turnover in leadership which hopefully will lead to an investment in bringing in the right people to help the company manage human capital development and recruitment. IT is now going through some similar turnover in its middle management ranks which is long overdue as most of those who were appointed to key positions lacked the proper qualifications for the roles they had. Simply the way the company went about the process of appointing leaders to key roles was very toxic and led to some very bad decisions which locked the company into a higher than necessary cost model.
