Garbage company - Cost Controller TechnipFMC Employee Review

Worst company I have ever worked for. Cost control management is a complete joke. 90% of the job is copy and paste from one sheet to about 8-10 other sheets, and at the end make sure all sheets tie. On top of everything, they expect you to work 10-12 hours a day, with little to no training. Management is incompetent, don’t really understand the objectives of cost controlling. If you are from Bosnia , Chile, or some third world country, you most likely will have to tolerate it most Americans would and don’t tolerate this toxic environment
