Friendly and supportive coworkers who were always willing to help. Managers genuinely cared about employee success and provided helpful coaching. Good communication across teams and a collaborative work environment. Employee discounts were a nice perk.
Cons
Busy seasons could mean a high volume of calls, emails, and chats. Some schedules required weekend or holiday availability. Like many customer service roles, difficult customer interactions could be stressful at times.
