There were a lot of really interesting projects, ranging from finance, music, healthcare, and more. We had a lot of liberty to be creative and inventive in our solutions and designs, and were able to try out new technologies. I was interested in Angular and was able to attend a conference. The coworkers were also good and fun.

There was a rough patch, which might explain the poor reviews. I think things will be better moving forward.

None, unless you want to include the bare minimum things that the leadership does.

Tecture's rude and disrespectful leadership is hated by most, if not all, of the employees in this company. The CEO and most of the leadership are horrible people who treat employees like trash. They have no respect and no care for our well-being. The salary here is terrible as well.
