At the time they had some great products. At the time, there was a lot of great engineering and sales talent.
Cons
R&D budgets were slashed during the 2009 recession and this took time to affect the quality of the products offered. With time, the competitors passed Tek in terms of product development and capabilities, which is where things are more or less today.
