Pros
Lots of smart people, easy to work cross functionally if you're curious, excellent opportunities to learn about stuff and for career development. Remote work is currently encouraged which is nice.
Cons
Benefits are a little substandard (ex. no RSO/RSUs), management likes to do things rapidly and with no explanation even if it directly hinders performance and productivity, feels like management doesn't listen or is a little too metric focused sometimes.
