6yCompany managers have expectations for performance, attendance, professionalism, and, etiquette. Occasionally, an employee is unable or unwilling to meet expectations. This employee had, and continues to have, the ability to report her or his managers' performance via 360 feedback. To date, the company has not received any criticisms or negative feedback regarding any Project Managers in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Leveraging relationships with leading providers, the company provides a comprehensive package (including paid leave, holidays, etc.) to its employees. In 2017, when this message was posted, the company enjoyed a ranking in the top quadrant of comprehensive benefits plans based on plan quality and affordability.
