Pros

Other than a paycheck? None and, in fact, getting no paycheck is preferable because it's very draining to go somewhere everyday and have the life sucked out of you.

Cons

Unethical; self-serving; undeserving of contracts the gov't awards; cold and mean-spirited people in charge; you get the picture so find another employer/contractor

Management is in agreement that there is "no point having a conversation...", however, this posting offers nothing substantive or factual about the company. It, rather, defames the company by stating "unethical". During its 20 years of business, the term "unethical" has never been alleged or uttered with respect to the company or any of its owners, managers, employees, partners, etc. The "unethical" statement is patently false. According to Glassdoor's "Tips on writing a review to avoid defamation" (Updated 24 September, 2019), "defamation is a false statement presented as fact that is harmful to a company or person's reputation". We take defamation seriously and seek to pursue all legal remedies available to hold the reviewer accountable for this malicious and false statement.

Pros

TeleSolv does a good job of recognizing its employees (the ones that put in ). I worked hard for 15 months, and then got another position with more pay.

Cons

There were a lotta whiny people "working" beside me and some of them were TeleSolv employees. They complained about everything, even the bonuses they received.

Pros

This job is just a check!

Cons

Everything! Other then high health benefits and 401k after 6months there's no additional benefits. No motivation, no advancement beware of the project managers. Project managers will not help you very passive aggressive responses and are prone to drama. In this environment people will highlight your mistakes than try to help and correct you.

Company managers have expectations for performance, attendance, professionalism, and, etiquette. Occasionally, an employee is unable or unwilling to meet expectations. This employee had, and continues to have, the ability to report her or his managers' performance via 360 feedback. To date, the company has not received any criticisms or negative feedback regarding any Project Managers in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Leveraging relationships with leading providers, the company provides a comprehensive package (including paid leave, holidays, etc.) to its employees. In 2017, when this message was posted, the company enjoyed a ranking in the top quadrant of comprehensive benefits plans based on plan quality and affordability.
