Beer Fridge Friday is the only pro I can think of

The company is built on fear of the CEO who is a bully. He openly bullies staff members in the middle of the office and has inappropriate comments which wouldn’t be accepted in any corporate environment. There is a distinct lack of training throughout the business which leaves staff open to major errors. Avoid this place like the plague!
