      Pros

      Working at Telecom Acquisitions has been an great experience! The sales team is full of driven and supportive people who know how to get the job done while still making work fun. There’s a real team spirit here, and everyone is always willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Like any sales role, there’s pressure to hit targets, but it’s totally manageable with the support from the team.

      Positive environment, that recognise and reward staff for their hard work, and accomplishments, encourage bright ideas from all and celebrate each others success.

      Cons

      No genuine cons. It can take a while to learn all of the systems and processes but there is plenty of support and patience.

      Beer Fridge Friday is the only pro I can think of

      Cons

      The company is built on fear of the CEO who is a bully. He openly bullies staff members in the middle of the office and has inappropriate comments which wouldn’t be accepted in any corporate environment. There is a distinct lack of training throughout the business which leaves staff open to major errors. Avoid this place like the plague!
