Unethical Business and Poor Management - Sales Executive Telecom Acquisitions Employee Review

Senior management has absolutely no clue what they are doing, and will make immediate changes with no regard to their employees. Target changes mid month, BACKDATED commission changes, and unnecessary mandatory travel for remote workers. If anything goes wrong with one of their suppliers, expect to lose your commission to mitigate that loss. But they'll still pay their lead suppliers when contractually they dont need to, to keep them happy. Also dont expect your salary to increase in line with minimum wage, as they'll not give you anything if you earn commission. They prefer to encourage entire departments to resign, rather than attempt to resolve concerns. They will encourage you to raise concerns, then twist everything you've raised and punish you for it, to the extent of excluding you from certain sales campaigns resulting in significantly less commission. This is regardless of your performance. The whole business model of the company is extremely unethical, and I wouldnt be surprised to see them on Watchdog. You will be misleading customers about where you are calling from, implying you are a third party independent "Home Move Team" to then go on to overcharge them for energy services, and sell the companies own broadband services. In addition to this, they dont care at all about compliance, and agents will say whatever they need to in order to get the sale. The company doesnt even care about the complaints, unless they come through a lead supplier. Absolutely zero progression opportunities, they'll use you to take on additional responsibility when required, then externally hire for senior positions before you are even aware anything is available. Sales management take on new roles for years before their job title or salary even reflects it. If you need any sort of stability, this is not the company to join. It is riddled with incompetence from top to bottom, with only a few exceptions.
