Pros
When this company was in the hands of the former owners the environment was brilliant. The sky was the limit and everything was about progress both on a personal and company level.
Cons
Following sale after sale of the company a bad culture and environment has prevailed. Yes men/women get promoted into roles they are not cut out for. Most of the managers are in no way technical yet are managing a technical team of people and do not listen to feedback that is given to them. Any decent engineers that weren't on a good wage have since left the company and the ones left are newbies who haven't quite figured the place out or have been promised the dream. Recently the company has pretty much purged any engineer who was challenging their attitude which has made the situation much worse.
