I had a great manager - one who really believed in me and uplifted me even when I was not hitting benchmarks. This eventually caused my performance to increase. I think my manager made all the difference in my experience because I saw some people in different departments who had a less positive time. Beautiful office. Company found their place in a saturated market. Operations are strong enough to deliver on big sales projects.
