In general most colleagues are cooperative and social. Employment terms are avarage to good. @teva there are so many nice and enthusiastic colleagues…
Cons
- creativity / manipulating numbers is simply not done. - pivot to growth is a dog & pony show… you cannot simply cut 3000 jobs and have no true plan/strategy behind it… what a disappointing management. The board and direct reports believe Boston Consulting Group more and not their own SME who know the facts.
