Growth potential is very high, CEO is a visionary who is never scared to pivot when something isn’t quite working. Management genuinely listens and works with your ideas. Lots of fun activities and benefits. But the most important part is we are one big family and we are never scared to help eachother out.

The only con is me not finding this life with this company sooner

Good pay if you can earn it. Amazing Culture and People. Lots of opportunity for growth and success. Unlimited PTO Amazing Health benefits. Im not really sure why some have written bad reviews. I have been here for a while and like any other sales driven company, turnover can be high. Sam Taggart the CEO sees the best in everyone and wants to give everybody a chance at success. Because of that we can tend to have people come in that maybe arent ready for the fast paced and rapidly changing environment. If youre looking for a clock in clock out never change or do anything with your life, this company is not for you! but generally speaking here, everyone I work with loves their job and we have a very close knit community/ Family vibe. Sam literally feeds the entire team and not just pizza but custom orders from higher end restaurants weekly. If he didnt care about his team he would never do that.

I've worked in a lot of sales roles and this is by far one of the healthiest environments I have been in, for that reason no cons that are around are worth even mentioning.
