Good work-life balance but low salary - Manager The Hackett Group Employee Review

Great team to work with.

There is really no advancing in pay grade. Barely got a raise anytime.

There is quite a bit of loyalty amongst the more tenured, older employees. Quite a few people over 50. Lots of "support" in the terms of meetings, but not a lot of direction.

There definitely seems to be a lot of former Gartner employees along with their former colleagues. Pay and benefits are not great.
