Washrooms smell is coming near to reception. No Neatness.
Worst Organization, Lot of Politics, No corporate culture. No scope for employees growth. Caste feelings.
Even no chance to speak with the employees with a smiling face. we have to work like Robots.
There is no organization culture. So many employees are absconded as of now.
Hr will give the warning to the employees, you are not supposed to write any kind of reviews in the Glass Door, because you have to come back for a Background check if you want to get Job in other companies. They warned me in the exit interview that if you write any reviews in the glass door, I will see how you take the next step in your career. IT Team Leaders are Worst.
