      Plenty of vacation days. Your not micro-managed.

      Cons

      Preference given to children of executives. If they have the skill and intelligence then that's fine but that was never the case.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
