      Good company culture Everyone's ideas are valued Flexible work arrangements Growing company

      Cons

      Pay compared to Boston Worcester isn't the best area. Not much going in the surrounding areas either if you don't have a family or are from here. I really can't imagine it 10 years ago. It would be difficult for someone relocating here

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
