      Excellent insurance, 401K and time off benefits

      Cons

      No physical management contact in over a year. 3 unit managers in under 3 years. Expectation for Heavy and Specialty inspection capabilities with no training provided. Changing expectations with communication after the fact. Poor overall middle management. Regional manger leads by intimidation.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
