- Not too big, not too small - Pretty inside. Very bright. Actuaries all sit together. - Annual social event where actuaries network while playing field games - Very young culture - Everyone eats lunch together in the cafeteria - Jeans Friday - Full-time new-hires are part of a rotational program, and get to try lots of different actuarial facets - Professional and actuarial development workshops on a weekly basis for actuarial interns and new hires - Reasonable expectations of work hours
Cons
- Worcester is not a walkable city, so people don't often go out together - No evening social culture
