All good talent is leaving, many without other jobs lined up. The strategy changes quite literally every week, and the founders have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They are chasing an immediate sale, instead of any long term brand growth. They have a disruptive product with potential to define a distinctive brand, and have no steady vision or ability to maintain consistency. It’s a revolving door of people hiring their friends as consultants.
They are also running a charity program and hiring friends or protecting staff that’s been there for 5+ years, and are absolutely useless at their jobs.
Senior leadership staff is awful, and there are 2-3 people controlling all decisions for the company and running it into the ground.
