My original post was deleted and removed so here we are again. Lack of training, high pressure for low pay, favoritism, working off clock with no pay, held bonuses for no reason, lack of empathy, micromanaging.

Genuinely none that I can think of.

Cons

All good talent is leaving, many without other jobs lined up. The strategy changes quite literally every week, and the founders have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They are chasing an immediate sale, instead of any long term brand growth. They have a disruptive product with potential to define a distinctive brand, and have no steady vision or ability to maintain consistency. It’s a revolving door of people hiring their friends as consultants. They are also running a charity program and hiring friends or protecting staff that’s been there for 5+ years, and are absolutely useless at their jobs. Senior leadership staff is awful, and there are 2-3 people controlling all decisions for the company and running it into the ground.

Falling apart at the seams

Lovely direct team (trauma bonded), good product allocation

Cons

I have never seen a company do a 180 in such a short about of time. A new C-suite team that have categorically destroyed the company, culture, and reputation. You’ll have no voice, no direction, and unclear priorities. Leadership is money hungry and do not care for the team. The team are overworked, underpaid, and under valued. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
