Pros

Some of your coworkers are friendly

Cons

- Toxic culture. Management and leadership do nothing but blame everyone below them for the company not doing well. The VP of recruiting has a weekly "lunch and learn" where he just yells for 15 minutes about how everyone is below on metrics. - Poor leadership. The top leaders are straight out of a movie showing 1950s style leadership of bullying employees and over exaggerating their own accomplishments. Most of them are related. They never take any accountability. They "fired" a ton of employees instead of doing lay offs (in addition to lay offs) in the end of 2022/start of 2023 because they weren't at as high of profitability as they wanted to be. - Poor management. You have to fend for yourself, no one is there to help you. - Rude coworkers on other teams. Most of the Philly office, which you have to interact with a lot, is super rude and condescending. There's also a lack of clarity in job responsibilities which means teams are frustrated with each other over things overside of their control. - Incorrect payments. Everyone on my team had to send multiple emails to get their raise after they completed the 3 month training. Formal training ends after a week and informal training after about a month but none of your commission goes to you during the full 3 months. There was constant mess ups with commission bonuses, and they won't get fixed unless you hound them about it. - Unfair commission policies. They try everything to avoid giving you commission where they can, so the company can keep more of a percentage. - Dishonest about commission you can make. During our interviews, they told us we'd make way more in commission than we realistically could. Working nights and weekends without overtime is heavily encouraged by senior leadership, just to get to a modest commission. - Very high turnover. More than 50% turnover on my team in the year I was there, with some quitting and some being "fired." - Lack of diversity throughout the company, especially in senior leadership. When one of my coworkers went to a senior leader after feeling discriminated against, he told her to avoid bringing stuff like that up if she wanted to get anywhere in the company.

Pros

Great company to work for. Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Judge Group!

Cons

Some of the larger accounts moved a bit slower than normal - but great sales people were usually able to push clients for feedback/next steps in a timely manner.

Pros

I had a contract for 3.5 years and during my contract it was fine. Only reason it ended was I maxed out my time.

Cons

and during my contract it was fine but when it came to the contract ending I have reached out to four separate recruiters asking for support finding the next role and only one got back to me. I am very qualified for many of the roles and sent along the roles I was interested in , even ones that were entry level. So when their website says "We will be with you every step of the way..."
