Pros
There's nothing good to say about this place except that the clothes are YSL inspired and easy to style but all of collections are the same every season except for minor tweaks in color, lace or buttons
Cons
-never received clothing allowance which every employee is promised to receive every 6 months -under pays staff in comparison to other contemporary brands, sales associates make $13 and stock associates $12 -on multiple occasions have forgotten or underplayed commission -no opportunities for growth within the company, instead they continue to not advertise openings and hire externally -have offered people promotions without pay raises -dishonest management -You're not allowed to have any weekend off unless you request a month in advance and request can still be declined -clothing is of poor quality and overly priced -corporate offices are completely unorganized and do not communicate
