Pros

Bob is a great leader and has given me a new appreciation for ice cream. He teaches teamwork and caring for customers.

Cons

The hours are long and hard. It hurts your arm to scoop that much ice cream in 8 hours. But you get good tips too.

Pros

Great coworkers and work environment! This was my first time hostessing and the support from my coworkers help me gain confidence at my job.

Cons

The only cons would be doing outdoor work in the summer before the restaurant opened, because it would be very hot outside.
